Today is my birthday and I have a surprise to share with you: Last night I {finally} completed drafting my book, Called to War.
This project has been hidden inside my heart since before most of my children took their first breath. God has been so faithful to give me the words for every page and the courage to keep writing even when life was so overwhelming that I just wanted to give up. There is still much work to be done before I’ll have any printed copies to share, but today I’m celebrating the end of the drafting phase! I can’t think of a better way to kick off year #53 than holding the first copy of my completed manuscript!
